Compliance & Quality

Our laboratory
Cleanroom Classification Standards
CENKON production workshops strictly adhere to Class D (Class 100,000) cleanroom standards. We have established a standardized control system covering every aspect of operations—from facility layout and air purification systems to personnel changing and disinfection protocols, as well as the management of material entry and exit.
The company has built a comprehensive quality assurance management system aligned with China’s Cosmetic GMP, ISO 22716, ISO 9001, and GMPC standards. Our entire production process complies with cosmetic manufacturing regulations, featuring end-to-end quality control—spanning raw material intake, emulsification, filling and packaging, and final product release—to minimize risks of contamination from dust, microorganisms, and other factors.
We provide overseas clients with a complete set of QA documentation, including MSDS, COA, and third-party test reports. This ensures consistent quality and full traceability for every batch, meeting the quality audit and compliance requirements of international markets.

Certificate of honor
Efficacy earns trust
We can provide overseas clients with MSDS, COA, and various third-party test reports, as well as a complete set of factory qualification certificates, product technical documentation, and records related to production quality control.

Four core laboratories
Comprehensive Technology Matrix
The four core laboratories serve as technical platforms for R&D and efficacy validation; together with the five major laboratories of the Quality Center, they form Cenkon’s comprehensive technical matrix.

Physical & Chemical Laboratory
Responsible for testing the sensory and physicochemical properties of raw materials and products. Sensory evaluations cover attributes such as appearance, aroma, and skin feel/texture, while physicochemical testing includes parameters such as pH, viscosity, specific gravity, cold and heat stability, centrifugation, conductivity, penetration, melting point, titration analysis, and active ingredient content. Raw material inspections prevent substandard materials from entering the process, thereby strictly controlling production risks; simultaneous in-line monitoring of semi-finished products and final product release testing ensure consistent and controllable quality across every batch.
Microbiology Laboratory
Responsible for microbiological safety testing of materials and products—including the determination of total bacterial counts and total yeast and mold counts—as well as environmental microbial monitoring within production areas. Conducts microbial contamination testing on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products; monitors workshop hygiene conditions; mitigates microbial safety risks; and provides critical data to support hygiene monitoring during production and the compliant release of products.

Packaging Material Laboratory
Responsible for the visual and functional inspection of incoming packaging materials, covering aspects such as appearance, cleanliness, dimensions, seal integrity, ink quality, plating adhesion, and internal coating continuity. Incoming material inspection ensures quality control at the source, enables the early detection of packaging defects, and guarantees the protective performance and operational reliability of the product packaging.
Microbiological Challenge Laboratory
Our Microbiological Challenge Laboratory conducts preservative efficacy testing (microbiological challenge test) for cosmetic formulations. It assesses whether preservative systems can effectively inhibit bacteria, yeast and mold contamination. This evaluation predicts microbial risks during shelf‑life and consumer usage, helping avoid microbial spoilage and ensuring product safety in compliance with global cosmetic regulations.

Five checkpoints safeguarding quality
End-to-end quality inspection system
Quality is the foundation of efficacy skincare. Since 1996, Cenkon has built a five-stage quality inspection system covering raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, finished products, and microbiological testing — ensuring every batch is safe, stable, and effective
Raw Materials
Upon the arrival of raw materials and packaging components, the Manufacturing Center initiates an inspection request; the Quality Center collects samples and conducts tests covering appearance, physical characteristics, odor, pH value, COA verification, and microbiological parameters, while also completing records, updating logs, and retaining samples. If inspection results are satisfactory, a COA and release note are issued and transmitted to the warehouse via the ERP system, and status labels are affixed to the materials. In the event of non-compliance, an exception handling process is executed; re-inspection follows the resolution of the issue, and materials may only be released for warehousing if they pass this subsequent inspection.
